Lunderskov trained as a cabinetmaker with A.J. Iversen in 1985. The following year, he began working at the Museum of Art and Industry in Lyon, where he furnished the museum’s textile department. Since 1989, he has had his own workshop in Milan with a client list that includes Prada and Kohseki in Japan. Anders Lunderskov also participated in a previous Crafts Collection, the CC11.He usually finds inspiration in nature, both flora and fauna, and in his work he strives to achieve a fusion of idea and material. Thus, a new work is shaped through direct work on the materials, usually wood and metal. Lunderskov strives for a pure and simple design, harmony of materials, and silky surface treatments that give his works life and spirit. He has exhibited around the world, including Milan, New York and Chicago. In 2000, he participated in the exhibition “Mesterværker” (Master Pieces) at Kronborg Castle in Elsinore.
