Henriette W. Leth

b. 1967, Danish spatial and furniture designer

Henriette W. Leth graduated from The Danish Design School (now the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design) in 1998, and her exhibitions include ’Danes on the Move’, a travelling design exhibition in the United States in 2001 and 2002, and the VIA Exhibition in Paris in 2008. She was nominated for the Danish home design magazine Bo Bedre’s design award, which she won together with the design group ’Kropsholder’ (Body Holder). Henriette W. Leth works with the properties of materials, our need for colours and the psychological impact of colours. She wants to achieve a sculptural expression that serves a function.
