Cavelight

A series of modelled earthenware lamps for tea lights. A subtle contrast arises between the rough modelling and the fragile construction. The light apertures change and spread light in dramatic ways, recalling strange natural phenomena – stalactite caves or volcanic craters. Each lamp is unique, but at the same time is part of a small craft series.
