Basander Lundin graduated as an industrial designer from Danmarks Designskole in 2002. She has lived in France, where she studied painting, sculpture and life drawing. Her first qualification as a cabinet maker is clearly evident in the way she combines traditional craftsmanship with modern machine-based techniques. Her products are like self-assembly kits that the buyer has to put together. You might say that she adds an educational aspect to the aesthetic experience of a beautiful design.
