Rings, Dot & Spot/Lines

The rug Rings and the cushions Dot and Spot/Lines are series of home furnis-hings from WENDT-DESIGN. All products are made of knitted fulled wool in a mix of 60% wool and 40% alpaca. The double rug measures 140 x 140 cm with a hand-printed front with circular patterns and a monochrome back. The cushion comes in the following sizes 30, 50 and 80 cm diam. The hand-printed cushion that matches the pattern of the rug measures 50 cm x 20 cm diam.

Wendt graduated from the School of Decorative Art in Copenhagen in 1985. She works with hand-printed home furnishings in knitted fulled wool. The basic idea of the products is to unite pattern and form in a whole. The ornamentation consists of circles in various compositions printed in clear light colours like for example orange, pink, kiwi green, light blue, charcoal, chocolate and a rusty red. The products are manufactured in smaller series in her own workshop.
