CC+ for MoMA
Title Release Curator | With CC+ for MoMA, Danish Crafts increased its presence in the USA. The collection was a result of a close collaboration between Danish Crafts and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Nineteen of the most talented, young Danish designer-makers were selected and chosen to participate in the collection, which was on display in MoMA’s two design stores from 22nd February 2006 and two months onward. | Two product managers from MoMA retail visited Denmark and met with a number of craftspeople at their workshops. Ahead of the visit an extensive presentation of products from previous Crafts Collections had taken place. This resulted in the composition of the collection CC+ for MoMA which consisted of nineteen designer-makers. |

Title Release Curator | In Crafts Collection 07 the unique products signal a return to home – comfort and intimacy – through warm colours, woollen rugs, personality and individuality.But also cool, simple minimalism is ousted by patterns, ornaments and decorations.
